Elemental Custard

Every time I make waffles I think of Donkey from the movie Shrek (if you don't know what I'm talking about then I don't think we can be friends).

I love making big family breakfasts on the weekends. Breakfast might be my favourite meal of the day. Its like having dessert for a meal! What could be better? Waffles, crepes, pancakes, french toast… mixed with fruit, jam, syrup…

I love cappuccinos. Do you know what goes PERFECTLY with cappuccinos/coffee? Biscotti obviously! YUM.

While reading the paper this morning, I stumbled upon a recipe for ginger and hazelnut biscotti, which sounded divine. I love ginger. I love ginger + hazelnuts. I STRONGLY believe that I WILL love ginger and hazelnuts in biscotti...
